I get the biggest kick out of these traveling restaurants.  So clever and creative.  Sugs and I were visiting our kiddos in Charlotte (post to come on that crazy story)  and I asked Zach (oldest) to figure out our Friday night plan.  Never one to disappoint, he suggested Food Truck Fridays, located in Charlotte’s Historic South End.  What a stinkin (literally good smells) blast.  People everywhere, camped out on lawn chairs or blankets, enjoying really really good food.

Zach-focused. KC- usually laughing at one of her bros. Kevin-just happy he gets to eat soon.

Sugs landed on tacos I think. Question: Why do men look so good with silver gray hair?

Veggie tacos. Excellent choice KC- boys shared a pizza…told them to wait so I could take pics. boys.

I went with the little green monster: grilled muenster, avocado, baby spinach, wasabi horseradish. All of my favorites grilled to melty, messy deliciousness.  i would eat horseradish straight from the bottle. little known fact about me.

Sorry babe.  Still to die for hottie.  Ben, you are cute too. it would be awkward for me to say you are hot. cute is better.

Lockes are all about finding the best cupcakes in any given place we visit (usually to be eaten on our “cheat day”).  These were good. They did not have Red Velvet, my favorite, so I will  withhold my opinion till I try one.  summer is quickly becoming my cheat day. ugh.
