Thinking recently about social media. Thankful for access. Appreciate highly its value. However. Missing tactile – everything.
So I thought I would blog about it.
I love a good planner, just like you do. I wish I would have found this years ago. Probably would have been WAY more organized. (!!!) I have resisted using my phone for such things. Honestly I love to write.
Recently purchased Sebastien Siraudeau’s French Flair a few days ago. Cannot wait to sit and read and sip.
Had these made by Seaborn press. I enjoy writing a quick “hello” or “thank you”…but not often enough. Lost art. Need to get better at this.
Longtime favorite. Use these pretties to organize business stuff. Costly, but only needed a few. I love to step away from my desk and sit here and write. And dream. No electricity required.
Makers Of History, an old set of beautifully fabric- wrapped books, found at a garage sale years ago. Must. Read.
Cookbooks are cool. So are great food blogs. Just like to touch and read these..get them covered in food. Love that.
Design books. More is better in this case. Again, love design blogs. Of course. But you cannot mark on them, fold over corners. Etc.
KC promises to read these. Betting she will, as she chooses not to read from a kindle. Likes the feel of a book in her hands.
Bedside table always stacked with shelter magazines. And books. My mom’s bedroom looks the same…
Hubby much the same. SI guy. Me too.
Nothing all too exceptional here other than my desire for paper. Things bound. Writing utensils. You know? No intention of offending kindle loving, ipad gazing electronic lovers. I relate. Making sure to enjoy and balance the best of both.
